Company principal, Shane Jackola, is part of the ownership group of the neighboring property to the MWest offering and the sellers of the 4.5 acres to be developed. Due to MWest’s previous relationship developed over the time spent collaborating on
other projects, the additional acreage was offered to MWest as a development opportunity. Although the seller group originally intended to develop as a Phase 2 to their project, the prospect of continuing to work together presented itself and MWest was able to secure a near build ready site at a very attractive price point for the market.
